Serie A Round 8

*Inter have visited Bergamo. It was a local derby and Atalanta always plays against Milano teams with %200 motivation.

Atalanta would have 15 points without 6 points penalty deduction. Before ''tough schedule'' was about to start Inter have won against Chievo.

Inter had seven points before Atalanta game and Castellazzi saved one point for Ranieri's team.

Atalanta performed well once again and they would have won against Inter if Denis didn't take last minute penalty kick poorly.

Both teams had chances , Atalanta were a bit better but unluckily couldn't get all three points.

* After historical Lecce game Milan boosted confidence. There was another hat-trick hero today. After Boateng's hat-trick against Lecce , today Antonio Nocerino made hat-trick against Parma.

Nocerino joined to Milan this season one day before the dead-line. Media were having fun with Milan , is it Mr.X? But so far Nocerino performing great. He has replaced Gattuso perfectly and he's always stable.

It was an easy victory for the Rossoneri against Parma and their 3rd win in a row at Serie A. Even Milan players used their energy economically due up-coming Roma and BATE games.

Nesta wasn't in the squad , Silva replaced him.

Giovinco showed his quality and played excellent but one man's performance wasn't enough.

*If Lazio held 1-0 , they would be leaders of Serie A today. But that was certain that Lazio are going to struggle without Dias,Mauri and Matuzalem.

Hernanes wasn't fit and started on the bench.

Lazio did take to lead with Klose's goal but Montella's Catania didn't give up though they had important missings and grabbed one points from Olimpico.

*Napoli finally stopped their bad run at Serie A. After two win-less games Mazzarri's side were fully motivated to win against ''unbeaten'' Udinese.

Francesco Guidolin decided to give rest to his star forward Di Natale and midfielder Isla. Also important defender Domizzi didn't play.

Napoli comfortably won against the ''unbeaten leaders''.

Gokhan Inler played against his former club.

Napoli had a deserved victory.

* After grabbed one point from Turin, Juventus game Genoa have faced with another serious opponent.

Ranieri have resigned after Genoa game the last season. Roma were leading 0-3 and Genoa won the game 4-3 against Roma with a shocking result.

Today Genoa made another suprise against Roma, actually it wasn't a suprise while Roma aren't ''a team'' yet.

Can we have something similar after this one ? Luis Enrique and his system still under criticism. Time will show it.

Roma won against Palermo last sunday but didn't play well.

In Luigi Ferraris , Roma totally dominated the game but they were unlucky. A defeat against Genoa probably was the worst result imaginable for Luis Enrique if we consider that Roma will play against defending champions Milan at Saturday.


It was nice round for betting with Atalanta +0.25 , Genoa - Roma Over 2.5 Goals , Milan -1.5 AH and Napoli -0.5 bets.
