AC Milan have confirmed that Antonio Cassano will undergo surgery in a few days. Antonio Cassano has experienced ischemic cerebral damage and he's expecting to be out next 6 months.
According to doctors Cassano has a small hole in his heart and it will be closed with a minor operation.
He's likely to miss EURO 2012.
That's sad while Cassano was at his best and showing great performance. Hopefully he will recover fast and will back to fields as soon as possible.
