Napoli have signed Copa Sudamericana winners Universidad de Chile's star forward Vargas
for €15M.
22 years old starlet took attention of Valencia , Chelsea , Manchester City ,Inter , Arsenal and Liverpool but Napoli moved fast and won the race.
On November 2011 he was chosen as a candidate for South American Footballer of the Year and on december, he was chosen Chilean Footballer of the Year 2011.
