The Derby della Madonnina.. Both teams are in great shape and having big runs.

Allegri has a lot of options even without Flamini , Gattuso and Aquilani on the midfield zone. He might start with Van Bommel - Nocerino - Boateng and Robinho - Zlatan - Pato trio up-front. But most likely Ambrosini will start with Nocerino and Van Bommel and Boateng will get trequartista role behind Zlatan and Robinho.

Some good news , Antonio Cassano who had suffered a minor heart problem and got operation 5 months ago , has started to train with his team-mates. It's very positive for Milan family and players.

Also Pato rejected PSG's offer and stayed in Milan, if he starts he will be eager to change the Derby's score. Also he had Berlusconi's support behind him on his decision.

if Ranieri wants to start with Sneijder , he will need to change formation back to 4-3-1-2.

Inter have no fast legs on the midfield anymore. Zanetti , Cambiasso are old and aren't same players from Mourinho era. The same for Inter defense. Maicon is not the same World Class RB guy , Lucio - Samuel are not rock solid. LB Nagatomo is the weakest part of the Inter's defense. He's often making cruicial mistakes.

Milan have best offense of the Serie A (37 goals scored) and I can't see Inter defense to stop Milan's offensive fire-power. Especially when Zlatan is in red-hot form who had scored 7 goals at his last 6 games.

He will have support of Boateng and Robinho and even Pato (if he gets his chance , I am expecting Pato to find a goal)

Milito and Pazzini are in good form but they have played against average defenses. Abate - Nesta - Silva - Zambrotta still too solid and in front of them Mark Van Bommel.

If Inter didn't have a five games winning streak offer for -0.5 probably would have been @1.85.

Inter will play to get all 3 points. They've gained a lot of confidence with previous games but that might be dangerous against such team as AC Milan.

Milan are playing with same formation since last season (Actually Milan always played 4-3-1-2 even with Ancelott, Leonardo)

Inter have changed four coaches since last season and always changed formation. Now Ranieri switched to 4-4-2 , that's a disadvantage.

Milan are clear favourites of The Derby della Madonnina and should get all three points with their great offensive power.
